Suzanne is very professional and prompt in responding to info requests and always makes herself available to research and show properties. She also has great instincts about which properties to suggest for viewing and are within budget! She's all about the details and everything is handled meticulously and in a timely manner. We've used her extensively and she's helped us tremendously in finding investment properties and in looking for another home. Highly recommend working with Suz for both buying and selling real estate!!

I highly recommend Suzanne. We closed on a home with Suz a couple of weeks ago. We had gone through the offer process with Suz a few times. It has been a pleasure to work with her through all of our tire kicking (looked at many houses) and declined offers. And she loves reading contracts and making sure the small things are taken care of.

Suzanne did a wonderful job of carefully walking us through the process of getting our house sold. She not only sold our house but was able to assist the buyer in completing a reverse 1031 exchange that enabled our buyer to simultaneously sell her own home. This proved to be a far more complex transaction than anticipated, and Suzanne was able to carefully navigate through all the steps in a way that protected us as sellers, and the buyer at the same time. During all that, she also assisted the buyer in cleaning and staging her other house so well that it sold within days of going on the market. At all times, Suzanne maintained a clear and careful relationship with both the buyer and seller. She repeatedly went “over and above” to assist all of us.
